4. Free Chip Rules, Redemption & Payout Mechanics

• Usability Restrictions: ALL Free Chips awarded across Phase 1 and Phase 2 (including chips won playing Slots) are strictly locked to and valid ONLY on the six (6) designated Pragmatic Live Casino games: Gates of Olympus Roulette, Amazing Baccarat, Mega Wheel, Mega Roulette, Money Time, and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand.

• Wagering Requirement (0x Turnover): Winnings from Free Chips carry zero (0x) rollover or turnover requirements. Payouts credit directly to the player's main cash balance (or redeemable Sweepstakes balance) subject to maximum win caps.

• Chip Bet Limits Per Round:

  • Phase 1 (PLAY with KEVIN): Players may wager a maximum of four (4) Free Chips per game round.

  • Phase 2 (BET with KEVIN): Players may wager a maximum of three (3) Free Chips per game round.

• No Mixed Betting: Real-money/SC funds and Free Chips cannot be combined within a single game round or table placement.

• Expiration Timer: Free Chips must be claimed and wagered within forty-eight (48) hours from the exact time they are awarded (or unlocked on Nov 6 for Stage 1 chips). Unused or unclaimed chips will automatically expire and be forfeited.

• Maximum Win Caps & Forfeiture Engine:

  • Winnings generated from Free Chips will auto-credit to the player's main balance once all chips in a bundle have been played, OR when the cumulative win cap for that specific prize tier ($20, $25, $50, or $100) is reached—whichever occurs first.

  • If a player hits the maximum win cap prior to exhausting all Free Chips in a bundle, all remaining unspun chips in that bundle are automatically forfeited.

• Crediting Delays: Free Chips may take up to five (5) minutes to reflect in the in-game interface. Players experiencing delays should refresh the game client or the Pragmatic Play Live Casino lobby.

5. Currency Conversions & Technical Safeguards

• Currency Conversion Engine: All baseline prize amounts and maximum win caps are configured in Euros base (€), but automatically map into USD ($). Values displayed in alternative fiat currencies, crypto tokens (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, LTC, etc.), or Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are calculated using Pragmatic Play’s dynamic currency multiplier based on real-time exchange rates at game launch ($1 = 1 SC).

• Opposing Bet Restrictions: Players are strictly prohibited from using Free Chips to place risk-free or hedge bets on Live Casino tables (e.g., simultaneously betting Red and Black on Roulette, or Player and Banker on Baccarat). Attempting to place opposing bets with promotional chips will result in chip rejection, forfeiture of winnings, and potential campaign disqualification.

• Malfunctions & System Errors: Technical glitches, network interruptions, or game malfunctions void all affected game rounds, letter collections, and prize drops in accordance with standard platform operating procedures.

• RTP Impact: Participation in this promotion does not alter or affect any underlying game’s Return to Player (RTP) percentage or random number generator (RNG) outcomes.

6. Anti-Abuse, Brand IP & Operator Rights

• Promotion Integrity: Pragmatic Play and the platform reserve the right to review player account activity to detect fraudulent behavior, syndicate play, multi-accounting, automated betting, or promotional abuse. Unlawful or abusive behavior will result in immediate forfeiture of winnings, closure of promotional access, and potential legal action.

• Amendments: Pragmatic Play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion or any portion of its terms at any time. Any amendments will not retroactively affect players who have already opted in, except where necessary to manage fraud or legal compliance.

• Intellectual Property Notice: Kevin Hart imagery, name, and associated promotional assets are strictly licensed to Pragmatic Play for use solely on approved campaign media. Players and external parties may not copy, extract, or redistribute campaign media assets.

• Precedence: In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms & Conditions and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail. These rules operate in conjunction with the platform's General Terms & Conditions.
